Get Clear, Personalized Guidance for Your Skin Not sure if you’re using your skincare correctly—or if your routine is really working for you? This virtual consultation is designed to take the guesswork out of your skincare. Together, we’ll go through what you’re currently using, how you’re using it, and where small adjustments can make a real difference. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by too many products, unsure about layering, or just want to make sure you’re on the right path, you don’t have to figure it out alone. You’ll receive personalized guidance based on your skin type, your concerns, and where your skin is right now. After your appointment, you’ll also receive a follow-up email with everything we discussed, along with a supportive guide to help you better understand your skin, ingredients to focus on (and avoid), and how to stay consistent with your routine. Simple. Clear. Thoughtful guidance—so your routine finally makes sense.
Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Policy At Pure Skinology, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability, please review our appointment policies below. 1.1 Appointment Reminders You will receive an email reminder 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please review the details carefully and reach out if any changes are needed. 1.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with a full refund if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time are refundable at 50% (exceptions may apply), and rescheduling will not be permitted. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email at CustomerCare@pskinology.com. 1.3 No-Show Policy If you fail to attend your appointment without notice ("No-Show"), you will receive a 50% refund of the total appointment cost. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings. 2. Communication & Support For any appointment-related inquiries, please email Lisa@pskinology.com. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 2 business hours. 3. Service Terms & Liability By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that skincare treatments vary based on individual skin types and concerns. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, please consult with us before booking. Results may vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. 4. Payment & Refund Policy Payments are required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Refunds will be issued based on the cancellation and no-show policies outlined in Section 1. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after cancellation approval. 5.
